Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Opsss Business platform (opsssbusiness.com, crm.opsssbusiness.com, erp.opsssbusiness.com), provided by Pajaj Holding & CO SHPK, NUIS M61319059B, registered at: Papa Kristo Negovani Street, Lim-Em Building, Entrance A, Floor 3, Apt. 10, Tirana, Albania ("we", the "Provider"). By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.

1. The service

Opsss Business is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) CRM + ERP platform for managing customers, sales, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, finance and HR. The service is delivered over the internet with nothing to install.

2. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information at registration and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity on your account.
  • The account is for business use; you must be at least 16 and authorized to represent your business.

3. Free trial and subscription

  • Every new company gets a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
  • After the trial, full use requires a paid plan. Prices are shown in the platform.
  • Payment is by bank transfer or card (Stripe). Subscriptions renew for the chosen period.
  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • On non-payment, the account may become read-only and later be suspended.

4. Your data

The data you enter into the platform (contacts, invoices, products, etc.) remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, per the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time (CSV/Excel).

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the service for:

  • Unlawful or fraudulent activity, or activity infringing third-party rights.
  • Sending spam or harmful content.
  • Attempting unauthorized access, damaging or overloading the systems.
  • Reselling the service without a written agreement with us.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance, with advance notice where possible. We recommend exporting your data periodically.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Provider is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

The platform assists with business management but does not constitute legal, tax or accounting advice. Consult your accountant for official filings.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with prior notice where reasonable. After closure, data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give at least 15 days' notice before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Disputes are resolved amicably where possible; otherwise the courts of Tirana have jurisdiction. Contact: info@opsssbusiness.com.
